Found this model and listed in old Snap On catalogs from the 50 into the 60 when it was replaced by a newer model. The wrench seems to work OK but the accuracy is in question. I have not seen One this old listed On and it was a shock that google had zero hits On this model. Hopefully would make a collectible for Snap On collectors.

Vintage Snap On torqometer dial torque wrench model tqe 3 fu this wrench is sold as is because of its age in lb clockwise or counterclockwise shipping via USPS priority mail. This wrench does not have the chromed studs On the top of the torque arm and there is no access door On the rear of the torque arm to adjust the torque for calibration purposes.

Therefore I do not have any idea of the value.
