Overall the wrench seems to be sturdy. Some of the rust seems to be in a speckled pattern. However I did successfully move the screws and they do not seem to be locked.
I am tool illiterate and cannot provide further information. The jaws moved appropriately at that time.
Up for offer is this vintage Crescent 18 adjustable wrench. The wrench is being sold in used vintage as condition. I have tried to highlight this on the photos but do not believe was completely successful. Photo 9 gives the best illustration.
The packaged weight is pounds. It appears rusted and darkened to me throughout.
There is also a patch of red on one side the wrench which may be rust or paint see photos 2, this tool untested.
