Good used condition.

Made in USA. The 5 64 is marked with a different name that I cannot read. Be sure to all the photos for a lot of detail as they are sometimes better at describing item and condition than I am.

The original pouch does have a short tear at seam as shown in last picture, but snap is still good and holds keys. The photos are of actual item.
