Here is a 12 Proto adjustable wrench. As you roll the adjustment knob it makes a ING sound which is the internal mechanism locking it in place so it does not loosen while using. Look at further offers for great tools.

Shipping prices stay the same. Great working condition. Since it has use, you cannot here the ING sound.

These are American made. This one has the new Proto stop system, which means it does not loosen up like conventional adjustable wrenches while you are working. Very nice tool and well worth the money.
