Details:

There are scuffs scratches on the outside of case as well spots rust hinges one corner. I do not know how old it is but my guess at least years. This item has never been used but the metal case is damaged from years of storage and or being moved one place to another.

Shipping weight is 3 lbs, 1 oz. There is no rust on the torque wrench. Torque wrench is approximately 13 long wide at its widest. There is a spot of rust inside the case as well.
